FAQ
Common questions
What patient information can a hospital keep in Medyntra?
Demographics and contact details, allergies, conditions and medications, visits, prescriptions, appointments, invoices and private documents — in one patient record with its full activity history.
Who can see a patient's record?
Only that hospital's staff, and only what each person's role allows — receptionists, for example, don't see prescriptions. Every hospital's data is isolated from every other hospital's, and important actions are written to an audit log.
Can patients see their own prescriptions?
Yes. Finalized prescriptions appear in the hospital's patient portal, with a PDF the patient can download.
